Description

Ingredients

  • 2 thick slices of brioche or milk bread
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 tablespoon honey (plus more for drizzling)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional toppings: vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, fresh berries, cinnamon, powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) or use an air fryer/toaster oven.
  2. In a small bowl, mix softened butter, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
