Cashew Coffee:
- 1 cup freshly brewed hot coffee
- 1/4 cup raw cashews (soaked for at least 30 minutes if not using a high-speed blender)
- 1–2 teaspoons maple syrup or sweetener of choice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- pinch of sea salt
- optional pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg for garnish
Instructions
- Add hot coffee, soaked cashews, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt to a high-speed blender. Blend on high for 30–60 seconds until completely smooth and frothy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Pour into a mug and sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg if desired.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For an iced version, use chilled brewed coffee and a few ice cubes.
- You can make a larger batch and store it in the fridge for up to 3 days—just shake or blend before serving.
