- ¼ cup fresh ginger root (peeled and chopped)
- ½ cup fresh lemon juice (about 3–4 lemons)

- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- ½ cup water or coconut water
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: Add turmeric, ginger, lemon juice, honey, black pepper, cayenne pepper (if using), and water or coconut water to a high-speed blender.
- Blend: Blend on high for 30–60 seconds until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Strain: Pour the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a jar or bottle, pressing to extract as much liquid as possible and discard solid pulp.
- Store: Refrigerate the strained liquid and shake well before each serving to ensure the ingredients are mixed.
- Serve: Pour 1–2 ounces into shot glasses and consume as a wellness shot.
