- 1 cup mozzarella balls (bocconcini or ciliegine), halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, cucumber, mozzarella, red onion, and basil.
- In a small bowl or jar, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
- Let sit for 10–15 minutes to allow flavors to meld. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

- Swap basil for parsley or mint for a different twist.
