- ½ cup sugar cookie mix (dry mix from the pouch)
- 1 bag marshmallows (10 ounces, about 40 large marshmallows)
- 6 cups Rice Krispies Cereal

- 2 tbsp sprinkles (Christmas or other color)

Instructions
- Prepare Pan: Grease a 9″x13″ baking tray with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper to prevent sticking and make removal easier.
- Melt Butter: Place a large pot on low heat and melt the ½ cup butter slowly to avoid burning.
- Add Sugar Cookie Mix: Stir in the ½ cup sugar cookie dry mix continuously, cooking for about 1 minute to combine evenly with the melted butter.
- Incorporate Marshmallows: Add the entire 10-ounce bag of large marshmallows to the pot. Stir continuously until they are fully melted and form a smooth, sugar cookie-flavored mixture with the butter.
- Mix Cereal: Remove the pot from heat, then add 6 cups of Rice Krispies Cereal. Gently fold the mixture together using a spatula or wooden spoon. To prevent sticking, lightly spray the spatula with cooking spray before mixing.
- Add Mini Marshmallows & Sprinkles: Stir in â…“ cup mini marshmallows and 2 tablespoons of festive sprinkles. Some mini marshmallows will melt slightly, lending texture to the treats.
- Shape Mixture: Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan. Press gently to create an even layer, being careful not to compress it too much, preserving its light and crispy texture.
- Decorate: Sprinkle additional sprinkles generously on top to enhance the festive appearance and add extra color and fun.
- Cool & Serve: Let the treats cool for at least 30 minutes until set. Slice into 18 to 24 squares and serve your delicious Sugar Cookie Rice Krispies!
