Description

Strawberry Yogurt Popsicles are a refreshing and healthy frozen treat made with fresh strawberries, creamy yogurt, and a touch of honey. Perfect for kids and adults alike on warm days.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 23 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine strawberries, yogurt, honey, and lemon juice if using.
  2. Blend until smooth or leave slightly chunky if preferred.
  3. Pour mixture into popsicle molds and insert sticks.
  4. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.
  5. To release popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness depending on the ripeness of your strawberries and the type of yogurt used.
  • Use silicone molds for easy removal and fun shapes.
  • You can layer yogurt and fruit puree separately for a swirled effect.
