Description

These Strawberry Popsicles are made with just a few wholesome ingredients – fresh strawberries, a touch of honey or maple syrup, and yogurt or juice – making them the perfect healthy treat for kids. They’re creamy, fruity, and easy to make with no artificial colors or flavors. Fun for summer, lunchboxes, or dessert!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries, hulled

  • 1/2 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt (or fruit juice for a dairy-free version)

  • 1-2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

  • 1 tsp lemon juice (optional, for brightness)

  • Optional add-ins: a few mint leaves, a splash of orange juice, or a handful of raspberries

Instructions

  1. Blend the mixture:
In a blender or food processor, combine strawberries, yogurt (or juice), honey or maple syrup, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.

  2. Taste and adjust:
Taste the mixture and add more sweetener if needed, especially if your strawberries aren’t super sweet.

  3. Pour into molds:
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. If you don’t have molds, you can use small cups with popsicle sticks or spoons.

  4. Freeze:
Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4–6 hours or until completely solid.

  5. Unmold and enjoy:
To release, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds. Enjoy immediately!

Notes

  • Add chopped strawberries into the molds before freezing for a chunkier texture.

  • Great for toddlers and kids – just skip the honey for babies under 1 year.

  • Store in the freezer for up to 1 month.
