- 1/2 cup ice
Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Gather all ingredients including frozen strawberries, frozen pineapple chunks, coconut cream, pineapple juice, white rum (if using), sweetener (if using), and ice.
- Blend Ingredients: Add the frozen strawberries, frozen pineapple chunks, coconut cream, pineapple juice, white rum (if using), honey or agave syrup (if using), and ice to a blender. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Taste and Adjust: Taste the blend and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or agave syrup if desired, or adjust consistency by adding more pineapple juice or ice to reach your preferred thickness.
- Serve: Pour the blended mixture into chilled glasses and garnish with a strawberry or pineapple slice if desired. Serve immediately for best flavor and texture.
Notes
- For a non-alcoholic version, simply omit the rum.
- You can substitute fresh fruit for frozen, but reduce or omit the ice to maintain the right texture.
