For the strawberry puree:

- 1/4 cup sugar

Instructions
- Prepare the strawberry puree: In a blender, puree the strawberries and sugar until smooth. Strain the mixture to remove any seeds, then set aside.
- Make the mousse: In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gradually fold in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Gently fold in the strawberry puree until well combined.
