Description

Strawberry Fluff is a light and creamy dessert salad that’s perfect for potlucks, BBQs, or as a sweet treat after dinner. Made with fresh strawberries, whipped cream, and a fluffy marshmallow base, it’s refreshing, sweet, and easy to make. This dessert is sure to be a hit at your next gathering!

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed

  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 (15 oz) can crushed pineapple (drained)

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries (diced)

  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional, for sweetness)

Instructions

  • Prepare the pudding: In a medium bowl, whisk the instant vanilla pudding mix and 1 cup of milk together until the pudding starts to thicken (about 2 minutes). Set aside.

  • Mix the fluff base: In a large bowl, fold together the thawed whipped topping and the prepared pudding until smooth and well combined.

  • Add the fruit and marshmallows: Stir in the drained crushed pineapple, mini marshmallows, and diced strawberries. If you prefer a sweeter fluff, you can add a tablespoon of sugar to the mixture.

  • Chill and serve: Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the fluff is chilled and the flavors meld together.

  • Serve: Spoon the Strawberry Fluff into serving dishes and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can substitute fresh strawberries with frozen strawberries (thawed and drained) if fresh ones aren’t available.

  • For extra flavor, add a bit of lemon zest or a splash of vanilla extract.

  • This fluff can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

  • You can add other fruits, such as blueberries or bananas, for a fruit salad variation.
