Description

This Strawberry Coconut Cloud Smoothie is a creamy, protein-packed beverage combining the natural sweetness of frozen bananas and berries with the rich flavors of vanilla and almond butter. Enhanced with Ka’Chava Vanilla Protein Powder and a delightful coconut yogurt swirl, it’s a nourishing and visually stunning smoothie perfect for a quick breakfast or refreshing snack.

Ingredients

Scale

Smoothie Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashew milk
  • 2 frozen bananas, broken into chunks
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • 2 scoops Ka’Chava Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste or vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Serving & Garnish

  • 3 large dollops of coconut yogurt
  • Crushed freeze-dried strawberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Break the frozen bananas into smaller chunks or cut them with a knife to ease blending. Gather all other ingredients and have them ready.
  2. Blend the smoothie: Add all smoothie ingredients into a high-powered blender. Blend initially on low speed for 30 seconds to combine, then gradually increase to medium-high speed and blend for an additional 2 minutes until creamy and smooth.
  3. Create the coconut yogurt swirl: Spoon three generous dollops of coconut yogurt into the bottom of your serving glass. Use a spoon to swirl the yogurt evenly on the sides of the glass for a marbled effect.
  4. Garnish and serve: Sprinkle crushed freeze-dried strawberries on the sides of the glass to enhance the marbled appearance. Pour the blended smoothie into the glass over the coconut yogurt swirls. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing Strawberry Coconut Cloud Smoothie!

Notes

  • Using frozen bananas helps create a thick, creamy texture without needing ice.
  • Slowly increasing blender speed prevents ingredients from sticking and ensures a smooth blend.
  • For an extra boost, use fresh coconut yogurt for the swirl.
  • You can substitute almond butter with peanut butter for a different nutty flavor.
  • Adjust the thickness by adding more or less cashew milk according to your preference.
  • If you don’t have vanilla paste, vanilla extract works well as a substitute.
