Description

This Spring Berry Parfait is a refreshing and beautiful layered treat made with sweet berries, creamy yogurt, and crunchy granola. It’s quick to assemble, naturally sweet, and perfect for showcasing fresh spring produce. Ideal for breakfast, brunch, or a light dessert!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced

  • 1 cup blueberries

  • 1 cup raspberries

  • 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt (or plain with a drizzle of honey)

  • 1 cup granola (store-bought or homemade)

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and prep berries. Slice strawberries and set all berries aside.

  2. In a small glass or jar, start layering the parfait:

    • Add 2–3 tablespoons of yogurt to the bottom.

    • Add a layer of mixed berries.

    • Sprinkle a spoonful of granola.

  3. Repeat layers until the glass is full, finishing with berries and a sprinkle of granola on top.

  4. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup, if using, and garnish with mint leaves.

  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For a dairy-free version, use coconut or almond milk yogurt.

Add chia seeds or a spoonful of nut butter for extra nutrition.

These are great for meal prep—just keep the granola separate until ready to eat to stay crunchy.
