Description

These S’mores Pudding Cups are a fun, no-bake dessert that captures all the classic campfire flavors—creamy chocolate pudding, crushed graham crackers, and gooey toasted marshmallows—all layered in individual cups. Perfect for parties, BBQs, or an easy treat anytime!


Ingredients

  • 1 (3.9 oz) box instant chocolate pudding mix

  • 2 cups cold milk

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers

  • 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows

  • 1/2 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip), optional

  • 2 tbsp melted butter (for graham cracker crumbs)

  • Chocolate chips or chunks, for garnish (optional)



Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and cold milk for 2 minutes until it thickens. Set aside.

  • In a small bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers with the melted butter until evenly combined.

  • In clear cups or jars, layer 1–2 tablespoons of the graham cracker mixture at the bottom.

  • Spoon or pipe a layer of chocolate pudding on top.

  • Add a layer of mini marshmallows.

  • Repeat the layers if desired, ending with marshmallows on top.

  • (Optional) Use a kitchen torch to lightly toast the top layer of marshmallows for that classic s’mores effect.

  • Garnish with chocolate chips or a dollop of whipped topping.

 

  • Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.


Notes

  • Use chocolate pudding cups for an even quicker version.

  • For extra crunch, layer in mini chocolate chips or crushed candy bars.

  • These can be made up to 24 hours in advance and stored in the fridge.
