Instructions
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30–60 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly to form a roux.
- Slowly whisk in milk, stirring until smooth and slightly thickened (2–3 minutes).
- Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and creamy.

- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
