Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs), cut into bite-sized pieces

1 tablespoon olive oil

3 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Juice of 1/2 lemon (optional, for brightness)
Instructions

Season chicken pieces with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add chicken and cook for 5–6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and melt the butter.

Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant (don’t let it burn).

Return the chicken to the pan and toss to coat in the garlic butter.

Add lemon juice if using, and cook for 1–2 more minutes.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
