Description

These Pickle Dip Pinwheels are a fun, savory snack that’s full of tangy pickle flavor! A creamy pickle dip is spread on tortillas, then rolled up and sliced into bite-sized pinwheels. Perfect for parties, potlucks, or just a quick snack, these are always a crowd-pleaser!


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix (or homemade ranch seasoning)

  • 1 cup chopped dill pickles (drained and patted dry)

  • 1 tablespoon pickle juice

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 4 large flour tortillas

 

  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill (optional, for garn


Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch dressing mix. Stir until smooth and well combined.

  2. Add the chopped dill pickles, pickle juice, and shredded cheddar cheese to the mixture. Stir until everything is evenly mixed.

  3. Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.

  4. Spread a generous amount of the pickle dip mixture evenly over each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.

  5. Roll up each tortilla tightly, making sure the filling stays inside.

  6. Slice the rolled tortillas into 1-inch pinwheels.

  7. Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter. Garnish with fresh dill if desired.

  8. Serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.


Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add a little bit of garlic powder or onion powder to the dip mixture.

  • If you prefer a lighter version, you can substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream.
