Instructions
- Brownie Layer: Preheat the oven to 350°F and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Melt the butter in a saucepan, then mix in sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Add cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Bake for 20–25 minutes. Let cool.
- Peanut Butter Mousse: Whip the cream until stiff. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, and vanilla. Fold in whipped cream. Spread over brownies and refrigerate for 1 hour. Garnish before serving.
