Description

A flavorful and convenient one-pan meal featuring sliced kielbasa, roasted potatoes, and onions, seasoned to perfection and baked for a quick dinner solution.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb kielbasa sausage, sliced
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss potatoes and onions with olive oil and seasonings.
  3. Spread the potatoes and onions on a large baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven, add kielbasa slices, and mix gently.
  6. Return to oven and bake for another 15–20 minutes or until potatoes are golden and tender.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use turkey kielbasa for a lighter version.
  • Add bell peppers or zucchini for extra veggies.
  • Great for meal prep—stores well in the fridge for 3-4 days.
