Description

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
  • Whipped cream and crushed peanuts for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix peanut butter and powdered sugar until crumbly. Set aside 1/4 cup for topping.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Add milk and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
  4. Fold in the whipped topping until smooth and evenly blended.
  5. Sprinkle half of the peanut butter crumbs on the bottom of the pie crust.
  6. Pour the filling into the crust and smooth the top.
  7. Sprinkle remaining peanut butter crumbs over the top.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  9. Top with whipped cream and crushed peanuts before serving, if desired.
