- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
- Whipped cream and crushed peanuts for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix peanut butter and powdered sugar until crumbly. Set aside 1/4 cup for topping.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Add milk and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
- Fold in the whipped topping until smooth and evenly blended.
- Sprinkle half of the peanut butter crumbs on the bottom of the pie crust.
- Pour the filling into the crust and smooth the top.
- Sprinkle remaining peanut butter crumbs over the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Top with whipped cream and crushed peanuts before serving, if desired.
