Instructions
- In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add the Nutella, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract, and continue to beat until fully combined and fluffy.
- If needed, add milk 1 tablespoon at a time to reach desired consistency.
