Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 box graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup milk (for softening graham crackers)
  • Extra berries for topping

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form and set aside.
  2. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Dip each graham cracker briefly into the milk and layer them in the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish.
  5. Spread a layer of the cream mixture over the graham crackers.
  6. Top with a layer of mixed berries.
  7. Repeat layers until you reach the top of the dish, finishing with the cream layer and berries on top.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
