- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 box graham crackers
- 1/2 cup milk (for softening graham crackers)
- Extra berries for topping
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form and set aside.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Dip each graham cracker briefly into the milk and layer them in the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish.
- Spread a layer of the cream mixture over the graham crackers.
- Top with a layer of mixed berries.
- Repeat layers until you reach the top of the dish, finishing with the cream layer and berries on top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.

- Let the dessert chill thoroughly for clean slices.
- For a sweeter version, drizzle a bit of honey over the berries before layering.
