This classic Mozzarella Caprese Salad is fresh, simple, and full of flavor. Made with juicy tomatoes, creamy mozzarella, fresh basil, and a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic glaze, it’s the perfect summer appetizer or light side dish.
Ingredients

3 large ripe tomatoes, sliced

8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced

Fresh basil leaves

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tbsp balsamic glaze

Salt, to taste

Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Arrange the tomato slices and mozzarella slices on a plate, alternating them in a circular pattern.
Tuck fresh basil leaves between the slices.
Drizzle olive oil and balsamic glaze evenly over the top.
Sprinkle with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Serve immediately, or chill for 10–15 minutes before serving.
