			For the Brownies:
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted
 - 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
 - 1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
 - 4 large eggs
 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
 - 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
 - 1/4 tsp salt
 - 1/4 tsp baking powder
 - 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

For the Coconut Layer:
- 1 1/2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
 - 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
 - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

For the Topping:
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
 - Make the Brownie Batter: In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Add the eggs and vanilla extract and stir until well blended.
 - Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Gradually add these dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until fully incorporated. Fold in the chocolate chips if using.
 - Bake the Brownies: Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Allow to cool slightly while preparing the next layer.
 - Prepare the Coconut Layer: In a small bowl, mix the shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
 - Spread Coconut Layer: After the brownies have cooled for approximately 10 minutes, evenly spread the coconut mixture over the top.
 - Make the Chocolate Topping: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips and butter together, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth and fully melted.
 - Apply Chocolate Topping: Pour the melted chocolate over the coconut layer, smoothing it out with a spatula for an even finish. Let cool completely.
 - Chill and Serve: Refrigerate the brownies for at least 1 hour to set the topping. Once set, cut into squares and serve.

Notes
- You can substitute semi-sweet chocolate chips with dark chocolate for a richer flavor.
 - Make sure the brownies are warm but not hot before adding the coconut layer to prevent melting.
 - Refrigeration helps the chocolate topping to firm up, making it easier to cut clean squares.
 - Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
 - For a nutty twist, sprinkle chopped almonds on the coconut layer before adding the chocolate topping.
