- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce or marinara
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup mini pepperoni or chopped toppings (mushrooms, bell peppers, etc.)
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Nonstick spray or oil for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
- Cut biscuit or pizza dough into small pieces and press each into the bottom and up the sides of the muffin cups.
- Spoon about 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce into each dough cup.
- Top with shredded mozzarella and desired toppings.
- Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese if using.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the dough is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Let cool for 2–3 minutes before removing from the pan. Serve warm.
