- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika (optional, for color)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Place chicken breasts in the baking dish and spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the top of each piece.
- Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and topping is golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving if desired.
