Ingredients
Scale
- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- Lemon slices, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, dill, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish or zip-top bag and pour the marinade over them. Ensure the salmon is well coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, up to 2 hours for more flavor.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat a grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it on a baking sheet or grill.
- Bake or grill for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve with lemon slices and garnish with additional fresh herbs if desired.
Notes

- This dish pairs well with roasted vegetables or a light salad.
