- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Cooking spray or olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 °F (220 °C). Line a baking sheet with parchment and lightly spray.
- In a bowl, mix panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each shrimp into beaten eggs, then coat thoroughly in breadcrumb mixture.
- Arrange shrimp on prepared sheet in a single layer. Lightly spray tops with oil.
- Bake 10 minutes, flip shrimp, spray again, and bake another 5–7 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges or dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add ¼ tsp cayenne or Italian seasoning.
- Ensure shrimp aren’t overcrowded—crispiness improves with space.
- Leftovers reheat nicely in an air fryer or oven for 3–4 minutes.
