Ingredients
-
4 large flour tortillas (10-inch size)
-
8 oz cream cheese, softened
-
2 tbsp mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
-
1 tsp Italian seasoning
-
1/4 tsp garlic powder
-
4 slices provolone cheese
-
8 slices deli ham
-
8 slices salami
-
8 slices pepperoni
-
1 cup shredded romaine or baby spinach
-
1/2 cup roasted red peppers, drained and sliced (optional)
-
1/4 cup sliced banana peppers or pepperoncini (optional for tang)
Instructions
-
Make the spread:
In a small bowl, mix together softened cream cheese, mayo, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder until smooth and well combined. -
Assemble the pinwheels:
Lay one tortilla flat. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture all over the tortilla, all the way to the edges.
Layer with 1 slice of provolone, 2 slices each of ham, salami, and pepperoni. Top with a handful of greens and optional peppers. -
Roll tightly:
Starting from one edge, roll the tortilla up as tightly as possible. Repeat with remaining tortillas. -
Chill and slice:
Wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
Slice into 1-inch pinwheels using a sharp knife. Discard (or snack on!) the ends.
-
Serve:
Arrange pinwheels on a platter and serve chilled or at room temp.
