- 1 (13.8-oz) tube refrigerated pizza dough
- 3 to 4 Tbsp Italian dressing
- 2 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp dried oregano
- ¼ tsp dried thyme
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven. Set your oven temperature to 400ºF (200ºC) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper to prevent sticking and promote easy cleanup.
- Prepare the pizza dough base. Unroll the refrigerated pizza dough carefully and spread it out on the parchment paper to your desired size and thickness, forming the base of the Italian cheese bread.
- Add the toppings. Brush or drizzle 3 to 4 tablespoons of Italian dressing evenly over the surface of the dough. Then sprinkle grated parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried oregano, and dried thyme evenly over the dough, followed by a generous layer of shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
