Ingredients
For the Sandwich:

8 slices whole grain or sourdough bread

8 oz sliced deli turkey (or leftover cooked turkey)

1 avocado, sliced

1 large tomato, sliced

4 leaves romaine or butter lettuce

4 slices Swiss or provolone cheese (optional)

Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Honey Mustard Sauce:

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon yellow mustard

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon mayonnaise
Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, yellow mustard, honey, and mayo until smooth. Set aside.

Toast the bread slices lightly if desired.

Spread a layer of honey mustard sauce on each slice of bread.

On four slices, layer lettuce, turkey, tomato, avocado slices, and cheese (if using).
