- 1 teaspoon paprika (smoked or sweet)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
Instructions

Notes
- This blend yields approximately 3 tablespoons, similar to one store-bought taco seasoning packet.
- Adjust salt levels according to dietary needs or preferences; omit or reduce salt for a low-sodium version.
- To customize heat level, increase or leave out crushed red pepper flakes.
- Use about 2 to 3 tablespoons of seasoning for every pound of ground meat, adding 1/2 cup water while cooking to evenly distribute flavors.
