- 1 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)

- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
Instructions
- Combine all spices in a small bowl.
- Whisk thoroughly until evenly blended.
- Store in an airtight jar or container in a cool, dark place.
- Label and date the container.
- Use within 6 months for optimal flavor.
