- 2 cans flaked white tuna, drained
- 1 large ripe avocado
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/2 red apple, chopped
- 1/4 cup toasted walnuts, chopped
- 1 tbsp pickle juice or water
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mash the avocado in a large mixing bowl.
- Add tuna, celery, red onion, apple, and walnuts to the bowl.
- Stir in pickle juice, dill, Dijon mustard, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and creamy.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
