Ingredients
Scale
Beef Patties
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Wrap Ingredients
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup pickles, sliced
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1 tablespoon butter (for grilling)
Instructions
- Prepare the patties: In a bowl, combine ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and shape into 4 equal-sized patties.
- Cook the patties: Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook each patty for 4-5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked through.
- Assemble the wraps: While the patties cook, lay a tortilla flat. Once patties are cooked, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each and let it melt slightly on the hot patty.
- Add toppings: Place the cheeseburger in the center of each tortilla. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, sliced pickles, ketchup, and mustard.
- Wrap it up: Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll tightly into a wrap.
- Grill the wraps: Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down and grill for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden and crispy.
- Serve: Remove from heat, cut each wrap in half, and serve warm.
Notes
- You can substitute the flour tortillas with whole wheat wraps for a healthier option.
- Feel free to add other toppings such as onions, jalapeños, or avocado for extra flavor.
- For a smoky flavor, use a grill instead of a skillet to cook the patties and wraps.
- To prevent the wraps from unrolling, secure them with a toothpick before grilling.
