Ingredients

Units Scale

For the Filling:

1/2 lb ground beef

1/4 cup diced onion

1 tbsp ketchup

1 tsp yellow mustard

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or 8 small cheese cubes)

For the Dough:

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)

For the Garlic Parmesan Topping:

3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

1/2 tsp garlic powder

2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp chopped parsley (optional

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Cook the beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onions until browned. Drain excess grease. Stir in ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper. Let cool slightly.

  • Prepare the dough: Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch round. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center and top with shredded cheese or a cheese cube.

  • Seal the bombs: Pinch the edges of the dough around the filling to seal. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.

  • Make the topping: In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley (if using). Brush the tops of each dough ball with the mixture, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

  • Bake: Bake for 13–15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

  • Serve: Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with ketchup, ranch, or your favorite dipping sauce!

Notes

Swap ground beef with ground turkey or plant-based meat if preferred.

Add a pickle slice inside each bomb for a fun burger twist!

These reheat well in the oven or air fryer.
