Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are stuffed biscuit bites filled with juicy ground beef, melty cheese, and classic burger flavors. Brushed with a buttery garlic parmesan topping and baked to golden perfection, these bite-sized bombs are perfect for dipping and sharing!
Ingredients
For the Filling:
1/2 lb ground beef
1/4 cup diced onion
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp yellow mustard
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or 8 small cheese cubes)
For the Dough:
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
For the Garlic Parmesan Topping:
3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp chopped parsley (optional

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cook the beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onions until browned. Drain excess grease. Stir in ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper. Let cool slightly.

Prepare the dough: Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch round. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center and top with shredded cheese or a cheese cube.

Seal the bombs: Pinch the edges of the dough around the filling to seal. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.

Make the topping: In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley (if using). Brush the tops of each dough ball with the mixture, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake: Bake for 13–15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

Notes
Swap ground beef with ground turkey or plant-based meat if preferred.
