- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a large baking tray with parchment paper and set it aside to prepare for baking.
- Prepare the Dough: Combine Greek yogurt with flour to create a smooth dough. Shape the dough roughly into a rectangular shape and transfer it onto the prepared baking tray.
- Brush the Dough: Using a pastry brush, lightly coat the top of the dough with melted butter or olive oil, ensuring the entire surface is covered.
- Prepare the Garlic Mixture: In a small bowl, whisk melted butter (or olive oil) with minced garlic. Generously brush this mixture over the dough’s surface, leaving a half-inch border around the edges.
- Add Toppings: Evenly sprinkle shredded cheese over the top of the dough, then sprinkle the Italian seasoning for added flavor.
- Bake the Breadsticks: Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for 15-17 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown and the cheese has melted fully.
