Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray or grease it.
- In a blender or food processor, blend the cottage cheese, eggs, Parmesan (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out evenly into a flatbread shape, about 1/4-inch thick.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden and set. For crispier edges, broil for an additional 1–2 minutes.
