- 3/4 cup salted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups packed light brown sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13 inch pan with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and peanut butter until smooth.
- Add eggs, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are lightly browned.
- Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
