Description

Soft and chewy bars packed with peanut butter flavor and studded with rich chocolate chips. A quick and easy treat perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup salted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups packed light brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13 inch pan with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and peanut butter until smooth.
  3. Add eggs, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  4. Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are lightly browned.
  8. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.

Notes
