- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for gluten‑free)
- 1 clove garlic, minced (for sauce)
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp cornstarch mixed with 1 Tbsp water (optional, for thicker sauce)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 °F (200 °C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper; mix gently until just combined.
- Form into 16 evenly‑sized meatballs and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, until cooked through and slightly golden.
- While meatballs bake, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, vinegar, and cornstarch slurry in a small bowl.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; add sauce and cook until it starts to thicken, about 2–3 minutes.

Notes
- For gluten‑free, use gluten‑free breadcrumbs and tamari.
- You can make these ahead and freeze before glazing for a quick meal later.
- Adjust honey‑soy ratio to your sweetness/salt preference.
- For a spicy kick, add ½ tsp chili flakes to sauce.
