- 4 cups frozen corn kernels (or fresh)
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp fresh chopped parsley (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add butter.
- Once butter melts and starts to bubble, add corn kernels.
- Cook corn, stirring occasionally, until heated through and lightly golden, about 5–7 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low, drizzle honey over corn, and stir to coat evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper, taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of smoked paprika or a squeeze of lime juice.
- Use fresh corn when in season for sweeter, juicier kernels.
- Make it decadent by adding a splash of cream or a sprinkle of grated Parmesan.
