Description

A quick, delicious side dish of tender corn kernels glazed in honey butter, combining sweet and savory flavors.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups frozen corn kernels (or fresh)
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp fresh chopped parsley (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add butter.
  2. Once butter melts and starts to bubble, add corn kernels.
  3. Cook corn, stirring occasionally, until heated through and lightly golden, about 5–7 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat to low, drizzle honey over corn, and stir to coat evenly.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of smoked paprika or a squeeze of lime juice.
