- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 2 tablespoons sugar (for berries)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Whipped cream, for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush both sides of the tortillas with melted butter.
- Mix cinnamon and sugar together, then sprinkle over both sides of the tortillas.
- Cut tortillas into wedges and arrange them in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden and crispy, then cool.
- In a bowl, toss the mixed berries with sugar and lemon juice.
- Arrange the cinnamon chips on a serving platter and spoon the berry mixture over the top.
- Dollop or drizzle with whipped cream and serve immediately.
