Description

Easy Chicken Roll Ups are a simple and satisfying dish made with cooked chicken, cream cheese, and crescent dough. Rolled up and baked until golden, these cheesy handheld pockets make a perfect appetizer, snack, or quick dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter (optional, for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
  4. Spoon 2–3 tablespoons of the chicken mixture onto the wide end of each triangle and roll up toward the tip, sealing the edges slightly.
  5. Place roll ups on the baking sheet. Brush with melted butter if desired.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and heated through.
  7. Serve warm with ranch or your favorite dipping sauce.
