- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 2 tablespoons melted butter (optional, for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
- Spoon 2–3 tablespoons of the chicken mixture onto the wide end of each triangle and roll up toward the tip, sealing the edges slightly.
- Place roll ups on the baking sheet. Brush with melted butter if desired.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and heated through.
- Serve warm with ranch or your favorite dipping sauce.
