Description

A simple and delicious baked cauliflower recipe with a crispy, golden finish, perfect as a healthy side dish or snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and tender.
  5. If using Parmesan, sprinkle it over the cauliflower during the last 5 minutes of baking.
  6. Remove from oven and garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, broil for 2-3 minutes at the end of baking.
  • Use smoked paprika for a deeper flavor.
  • This dish pairs well with dipping sauces like ranch or garlic aioli.
