- 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and tender.
- If using Parmesan, sprinkle it over the cauliflower during the last 5 minutes of baking.
- Remove from oven and garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil for 2-3 minutes at the end of baking.
- Use smoked paprika for a deeper flavor.
