- 1 cup long-grain white rice
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce (store-bought or homemade)

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (for garnish)
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled (optional, for topping)
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In the prepared baking dish, spread the uncooked rice evenly across the bottom.
- Pour the chicken broth over the rice, followed by a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Place the chicken breasts on top of the rice. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F or 75°C) and the rice is tender.
- Once the chicken is cooked, remove the foil and spread tzatziki sauce evenly over the chicken breasts.
- Return the dish to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, until the tzatziki is warm and slightly golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh dill, crumbled feta, and sliced cucumbers if desired.
