Ingredients
For the Cake:

1/4 cup grated carrots

1/4 cup water
For the Frosting (optional):

1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons peanut butter (unsweetened and xylitol-free)

A few dog biscuits or treats (for decoration)
Instructions
For the Cake:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a small round cake pan or line it with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix together the whole wheat flour and rolled oats.

Add the applesauce, peanut butter, egg, grated carrots, and water to the dry ingredients. Stir until well combined. The batter should be thick but spreadable.

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan, spreading it out evenly.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Let the cake cool completely in the pan before removing it. Once cooled, transfer it to a serving plate.
For the Frosting:

In a small bowl, combine the plain Greek yogurt and peanut butter. Mix until smooth and creamy.
