- 1 cup salsa
Instructions
- Brown the meat: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and brown the ground beef or turkey until fully cooked, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.
- Combine in crockpot: Transfer the browned meat to the crockpot. Add the drained black beans, corn, taco seasoning, and salsa, stirring everything together until well combined.
- Layer tortilla chips and cheese: Spread the tortilla chips evenly over the meat and bean mixture, then sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly on top.
- Cook: Cover and cook on low for 4 hours, allowing the flavors to meld and the cheese to melt into a delicious casserole.

- For a lighter option, use ground turkey instead of beef.
