1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
-
1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup chicken broth
-
1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp paprika (optional)

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
-
Prep the sauce: In a bowl, mix together cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and paprika.

-
Top with cheese: Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly on top.

Garnish & serve: Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve hot. Great with a side salad or steamed veggies!
Notes
-
You can use cream of chicken or cream of celery soup instead of mushroom if preferred.
-
Add sautéed onions or cooked bacon for extra flavor.
-
Leftovers reheat well in the microwave or oven.
