Crock Pot Chocolate Peanut Clusters are an easy, hands-off candy treat made with just a few ingredients. Perfect for gifting or holiday platters, these sweet and salty bites are rich, crunchy, and irresistible.

- 16 oz dry roasted peanuts
- 16 oz salted peanuts
- 1 (12 oz) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 (12 oz) bag milk chocolate chips
- 2 (10 oz) packages peanut butter chips
- 2 lbs white almond bark, chopped
Instructions
- Layer all ingredients into a crock pot in the following order: dry roasted peanuts, salted peanuts, chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and almond bark.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 2 hours without stirring.
- After 2 hours, stir everything together until fully melted and combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto wax paper or parchment-lined baking sheets.
- Let cool and harden at room temperature for about 1–2 hours, or refrigerate for faster setting.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge.
Notes
- Use a cookie scoop for uniform clusters.
- You can substitute one type of nut for another, such as cashews or almonds.
- Add a pinch of sea salt on top for extra flavor.
