Description

Crock Pot Chocolate Peanut Clusters are an easy, hands-off candy treat made with just a few ingredients. Perfect for gifting or holiday platters, these sweet and salty bites are rich, crunchy, and irresistible.


Ingredients

  • 16 oz dry roasted peanuts
  • 16 oz salted peanuts
  • 1 (12 oz) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (12 oz) bag milk chocolate chips
  • 2 (10 oz) packages peanut butter chips
  • 2 lbs white almond bark, chopped

Instructions

  1. Layer all ingredients into a crock pot in the following order: dry roasted peanuts, salted peanuts, chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and almond bark.
  2. Cover and cook on LOW for 2 hours without stirring.
  3. After 2 hours, stir everything together until fully melted and combined.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto wax paper or parchment-lined baking sheets.
  5. Let cool and harden at room temperature for about 1–2 hours, or refrigerate for faster setting.
  6. Store in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge.

Notes

  • Use a cookie scoop for uniform clusters.
  • You can substitute one type of nut for another, such as cashews or almonds.
  • Add a pinch of sea salt on top for extra flavor.
