- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper

Instructions
- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the chilled cooked rice, finely chopped cooked vegetables, green onions, beaten egg, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ground white pepper. Stir thoroughly until the mixture is sticky and holds together well when pressed.
- Shape Dumplings: Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the rice mixture and shape into small dumpling-like balls or flattened patties using your hands to compact them firmly.
- Coat with Breadcrumbs: Lightly cover each formed dumpling evenly with panko breadcrumbs, ensuring they are well coated for a crispy exterior.
- Heat Oil & Fry: Warm a thin layer of oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. When the oil is hot, add the dumplings in batches without overcrowding the pan. Fry each side for 2 to 3 minutes or until they turn golden brown and crispy on both sides.
- Drain & Serve: Remove the cooked dumplings from the skillet and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil. Serve the crispy rice dumplings hot with your choice of dipping sauce, such as soy sauce or sweet chili sauce.
