- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil (for frying)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cheese, ranch dressing, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form mixture into 6–8 equal-sized patties and lightly coat each with additional breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook patties for 3–4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- Serve hot with extra ranch dressing or as part of a sandwich or salad.
